Your Mission as Marketing Director As Marketing Director, you’ll lead all aspects of our marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, retention, and brand growth. You’ll oversee campaigns, build a high-performing team, and collaborate with leadership to ensure our message resonates with contractors across industries.
This role is perfect for someone who knows the SaaS landscape and has the skills to take a product with incredible potential to the next level.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and Execute Strategy
- Craft and execute a data-driven marketing strategy that aligns with DripJobs’ goals for growth, user retention, and market expansion.
- Drive Campaigns
- Lead innovative campaigns to promote new features, events (like Contractor Impact), and free trial offers to generate high-quality leads.
- Grow Brand Awareness
- Position DripJobs as a thought leader in the contractor space through compelling content, webinars, and targeted advertising.
- Manage and Mentor
- Build and lead a results-oriented marketing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Analyze and Optimize
- Use analytics tools to track performance, optimize campaigns, and refine messaging for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with Teams
- Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align on messaging and ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Oversee Budget
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation to achieve measurable results.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of marketing experience in SaaS , with a focus on user acquisition, retention, and scaling brands.
- Proven success in managing multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital advertising, content marketing, and SEO.
- Expertise in analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mixpanel) and A/B testing for data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience mentoring high-performing teams.
- Creativity, resourcefulness, and a knack for identifying growth opportunities.
- Passion for automation and helping contractors grow their businesses is a plus!
