SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST - Gwinnett County

We have been engaged by a PE-backed service company in Gwinnett county in its search for an experienced Senior Financial / FP&A Analyst. The SENIOR FP&A ANALYST will support both corporate and business units with financial reporting, financial analysis, forecasting, KPI development/tracking, using data to drive actionable intelligence for business decision making, and ensuring that the accounting system has accurate and seamless data for all reporting.

The right candidate for this SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST opportunity will have:

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting or related
• 3-5+ years of relevant FP&A, reporting and analysis experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Expert level Excel proficiency and experience working with other reporting and forecasting tools.
• Superior communication and presentation skills
• Strong critical thinking skills and demonstrated creativity to find ways to obtain data and present meaningful insights
• Track record of career stability and career progression required for consideration
