Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by engaging with prospects through cold calling, email outreach, and social media. You will play a critical role in building a strong lead pipeline, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales process for our solar energy solutions. Working closely with the sales team, you'll ensure smooth transitions of qualified leads for further development and closing, helping drive growth and success for the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospecting and Outreach: Initiate outbound cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage potential clients within target markets, including solar panels, residential energy storage batteries, and commercial/industrial energy storage solutions.
- Lead Qualification: Identify key decision-makers, assess business needs, and present relevant solutions to qualify leads for the sales team.
- Pipeline Development: Build and nurture a strong pipeline of prospects through ongoing follow-ups and relationship-building efforts.
- Sales Coordination: Work with the sales team to schedule meetings, demos, and follow-up discussions with qualified leads.
- Market Research: Continuously research and identify new markets and sectors for business expansion, ensuring the company stays competitive and relevant.
- Client Information Management: Keep detailed and accurate records of all interactions, lead status, and client information for seamless tracking and reporting.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align strategies, goals, and targets to maximize results and drive business growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the success of outreach efforts, providing insights and feedback to improve future strategies and processes.
