Position Overview
Seeking 3 experienced Account Managers/Regional Sales Managers with one position available in each of the following locations Atlanta, GA , Philadelphia, PA , and Chicago, IL . Each role is region-specific, with the selected individual responsible for managing and covering their designated region. These roles involve representing and selling capital equipment service products, including spare parts, field service, modernizations, advanced services, and digital products.
As a key member of our service sales team, you will manage client relationships, drive business development, and ensure the success of our service products within your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers in your region.
- Promote and sell our capital equipment service products, achieving annual sales targets.
- Drive the sales process, including evaluating RFQs, creating quotes, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
- Provide customer and market insights, including identifying opportunities and monitoring competitors.
- Coordinate technical and commercial aspects of RFQ responses and orders.
- Lead presentations, attend trade shows, and collaborate with marketing to develop workshops and training for customers.
- Regularly update CRM systems and other reporting tools.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- 3–5+ years of experience in capital equipment sales (experience in the stamping industry is a plus). Not medical or construction industry at this time.
- Proven ability to build relationships and drive business development.
- Willingness to travel 50%–75% within the assigned region. This does come with a car allowance.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Knowledge of the stamping industry.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
