Position: Account Executive
Reports To: Account Director

Position Summary
The Account Executive is responsible for managing advertising programs and campaigns on behalf of the client, ensuring they align with the client’s strategic goals and brand vision. This role requires building and maintaining strong client relationships and effectively communicating updates, deliverables, and strategic recommendations. They are responsible for managing budgets to maintain financial efficiency while achieving campaign success. Additionally, they will analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and proactively address any challenges to ensure client satisfaction and program excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Effective execution of marketing / advertising programs including written communication of program changes and updates to all team members
- Consult with Creative, Account Management and other internal departments to communicate client objectives and to develop strategic solutions
- Participate in creative development and reviews to ensure that concepts and execution are on strategy and meet objectives.
- Guide the day-to-day development of client projects to ensure that progressive steps in the process are approved with adequate time to meet schedules
- Maintain budget control on a program for both out-of-pockets and time of staff
- Work closely with project management to ensure the utilization of project workbooks, suite of project management forms and documentation for program scheduling.
- Set agendas for, schedule and run meetings
- Recommend measures to improve work process methods, equipment performance, and quality of product
- Performs other duties as required
Employment Standards
Education
College degree required. Concentration in marketing, business or communications preferred.
Experience:
- 3+ years experience working for an advertising agency or related marketing field. Must have strong communication and relationship building skills; a proven track record in developing and retaining client relationships.
- Ability to work with other departments and teams to achieve the company’s overall growth goals.
Required Skills:
Must be a self-starter, highly organized, highly motivated and able to work well with many different industries. Polished presentation and interpersonal skills. Must possess top level business management, interpersonal and facilitation skills.
Plus:
- Previous experience working with CRM systems, web platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Need to know the Microsoft office application suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
