Position: Account Supervisor
Reports To: Account Director

Position Summary
The Account Supervisor is responsible for building strong client/agency relationships and partnering with Account Director to move the client’s and agency’s businesses forward. Responsibilities include managing strategic development, integrating key teams and orchestrating execution. The role requires managing and navigating multiple clients to drive agency and client vision. The Account Supervisor is responsible for retention, growth and working with leadership team to drive new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow strong client relationships, always demonstrating agency value.
- Proactively partner with Creative, Project Management, Strategy & Planning and other internal teams to deliver strategic solutions.
- Initiate and orchestrate work within the agency that effectively delivers on business objectives/goals, product insights, program scope and approved strategies.
- Participates and provides added value in creative development to ensure that creativity delivers on strategy and meet objectives.
- Maintain understanding of client media schedules, production schedules, as well as the rationale behind them.
- Proactively orchestrates the development of creative concepting to ensure that progressive steps in the process are approved with adequate time to meet schedules, deadlines and budgets
- Monitor the trafficking/routing of client presentations, strategic documents and creative concept materials - obtaining proper signoffs and ensuring that assignments are completed accurately and per client specifications.
- Recommend measures to improve work process methods, team performance, and quality of product.
- Manage and assist with the growth of the TRAFFIK brand
- Attend industry events, networking and workshops that would benefit the agency
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Employment Standards
Education:
College degree required. Concentration in marketing, business or communications preferred.
Experience:
- Working knowledge in the healthcare industry
- 5+ years of experience working for an advertising agency or related marketing field. Must have strong communication and relationship building skills; a proven track record in developing and retaining client relationships.
- Direct experience managing CRM systems, web platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work with other departments and teams to achieve the company’s overall growth goals.
Required Skills:
Must be a self-starter, highly organized, highly motivated and able to work well with many different industries. Polished presentation and interpersonal skills. Must possess top level business management, interpersonal and facilitation skills.
Plus:
Need to know the Microsoft office application suite. InDesign is a plus, but general overview will be provided. Understanding of workflow management tools (Basecamp, Workfront, Jira, Asana, Slack, etc.) are key for managing our client communication and deliverables.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
