What You'll Do:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft tailored recruiting strategies.
- Create, post, and manage job openings across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
- Actively source candidates using creative methods, including direct outreach, networking, and online platforms.
- Screen and assess applicants to ensure alignment with role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, provide hiring managers with actionable insights, and maintain clear communication with candidates.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Use data-driven insights to track recruitment progress and continuously improve processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 3 years in high-volume recruiting, ideally in retail, corporate, or agency environments.
- Skills: Proven success sourcing and filling roles in fast-paced industries, with strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern recruiting tools.
