What You'll Do:

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft tailored recruiting strategies.
• Create, post, and manage job openings across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
• Actively source candidates using creative methods, including direct outreach, networking, and online platforms.
• Screen and assess applicants to ensure alignment with role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, provide hiring managers with actionable insights, and maintain clear communication with candidates.
• Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Use data-driven insights to track recruitment progress and continuously improve processes.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: At least 3 years in high-volume recruiting, ideally in retail, corporate, or agency environments.
• Skills: Proven success sourcing and filling roles in fast-paced industries, with strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern recruiting tools.
• Mindset: A team player who thrives under pressure, solves problems independently, and works with a sense of urgency.
