Robert Half is partnering with a Boston tech company in their search for a Contracts Analyst to focus within the SaaS space. This role is hybrid in Boston and candidates should have 4+ years working directly with SaaS and technology contracts.

Requirements:

• 4+ years' experience reviewing MSA's, commercial contracts, NDA's, Vendor agreements, Technology agreements, and SaaS agreements
• Comprehensive knowledge of the contract lifecycle
• prior experience partnering with customers in a tech environment
• Experience collaborating and coordinating with multiple areas of business to include legal, sales, technology, HR, etc.
