- Ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of litigation experience

- Candidate should have experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and trial documents

- Candidate should have experience taking and defending depositions and arguing motions

- Position will be 40% commercial litigation, 30% premises liability, and 30% insurance defense

- Firm has a hybrid set up, 1700 billable requirement, and lockstep compensation (105/108/110.5/114/117.5/121)
