What You’ll Do

• Financial Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Strategic Planning: Partner with senior leadership to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that align with business goals.
• Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to key stakeholders, highlighting performance trends and opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze variances, optimize processes, and ensure financial alignment across the organization.
• Project Leadership: Lead initiatives to enhance FP&A tools, systems, and methodologies.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar roles, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
• Skills: Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred.
• Mindset: Analytical thinker with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
