Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Creative Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.

Duties:

• Oversee the planning and execution of events, including weekly reporting on progress, outcomes, and insights
• Manage asset ordering, tracking, and mobile asset scheduling to ensure timely availability and deployment for events and activations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across diverse business units
• Prioritize projects effectively, track and communicate scope, and ensure resources are balanced to meet deadlines
• Communicate status updates and potential risks to high-level internal stakeholders
• Exhibit outstanding project management and communication skills to achieve the highest standards when leading projects across teams and groups
• Participate in creative development meetings to ensure final outputs align with project goals
• Provide thorough project management follow-through, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of projects

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 3+ years relevant work experience
• Project management and operations experience
• Skilled at building reporting dashboards in Tableau and utilizing Smartsheets
• Independent worker and self-starter
• Effective team player with strong collaboration skills
• Highly organized with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
