This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic professional with a background in construction supply chain operations to drive efficiencies and improve processes. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process , including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and vendor relations. Develop and implement cost-saving strategies while ensuring timely material delivery for projects. Negotiate supplier and subcontractor contracts to secure the best pricing and terms. Monitor inventory levels , forecast demand, and prevent shortages or overages. Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to align supply chain operations with project timelines. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies . Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Qualifications: 5 years of supply chain management experience, preferably within the construction or building materials industry. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Proficiency in SAP software and inventory management systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate across departments. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
