We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to support our HVAC technicians and ensure seamless scheduling and communication. This role is vital in maintaining efficient operations and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to service calls and projects based on priority and availability.
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and internal teams to coordinate schedules and resolve issues.
- Monitor and track service requests to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and customer information.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing, inventory management, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or coordinating roles (preferably in the HVAC or construction industry).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of HVAC or mechanical systems is a plus.
