Support Engineer

We’re seeking a proactive Support Engineer with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. The role involves monitoring front-end and back-end systems, resolving issues quickly, and interacting directly with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor system performance and reliability.
- Analyze logs to identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with development teams on complex problems.
- Troubleshoot real-time application issues.
- Document recurring issues for the knowledge base.
- Interact with customers for timely resolutions.
- Provide regular reports on system health and incidents.
- Work with development, product, and QA teams to relay feedback.
- Support may be needed on weekends and off hours.
Technical Skills:
AWS, New Relic, Splunk, EKS, Linux, Jenkins CI/CD, One or more automation scripting knowledge(bash, shell or Python)
