Support Engineer Boston MA Hybrid

We are seeking a proactive Support Engineer with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. The role involves monitoring front-end and back-end systems, resolving issues quickly, and interacting directly with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor system performance and reliability.
• Analyze logs to identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with development teams on complex problems.
• Troubleshoot real-time application issues.
• Document recurring issues for the knowledge base.
• Interact with customers for timely resolutions.
• Provide regular reports on system health and incidents.
• Work with development, product, and QA teams to relay feedback.
• Support may be needed on weekends and off hours.

Technical Skills:

- AWS, New Relic, Splunk, EKS, Linux, Jenkins CI/CD, One or more automation scripting knowledge (bash, shell or Python)
