In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the strategy, design, and deployment of sophisticated automation solutions that transform operations and drive efficiency. As a senior architect, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with stakeholders, and leverage your expertise to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance UiPath implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect & Lead: Drive the end-to-end design and implementation of complex UiPath automation solutions.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to identify high-impact automation opportunities and align them with organizational goals.
• Design Excellence: Develop comprehensive solution architectures and detailed technical designs that ensure scalability and reliability.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and developers in UiPath best practices, ensuring consistent quality across projects.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews and oversee deployment processes to maintain high standards of delivery.
• Production Oversight: Monitor and troubleshoot live UiPath systems, providing prompt resolutions to complex issues.
• Innovation: Stay updated on UiPath advancements, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance solutions

Qualifications:

• UiPath Advanced Certification is required
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology , or a related field.
• Extensive experience as a UiPath Solution Architect or similar leadership role.
• In-depth understanding of UiPath platform components (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots).
• Expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) principles and practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages like C# , VB.NET , and Python .
• Proven ability to design scalable, efficient, and secure automation frameworks.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for guiding diverse teams and engaging stakeholders.
