The Information Technology Systems Analyst will design and implement scalable IT systems, manage projects, and provide support, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security standards. This person will need to work to efficiently close tickets with high level of accuracy, this role will perform a wide range of technical computing and information systems support, including installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on desktops, laptops, servers, networking devices, and related software. The IT - Systems Analyst diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures.

A successful candidate will have at least +5 years of IT - Systems Analyst / Architect experience. The candidate will analyze, design, and implement IT systems. This role involves gathering requirements, creating architectural models, managing projects, and providing ongoing system support. Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with experience in system design and project management. MSP experience is desired.

This position is located in Boston, with four days in office.
