Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor teams in Agile practices and principles.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred:

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus.
• Experience in software development or project management.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD processes.
• Background in working with distributed or remote teams.
