As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for commercial vehicle service applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and stakeholders, to create seamless experiences that meet the unique needs of our users in the commercial vehicle service sector.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design process from concept to final hand-off, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
• Support UX Research initiatives as required.
• Develop user stories, personas, and storyboards.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to support UI development.
• Validate and test UI concepts with end users using established usability testing methods.
• Track UX trends and look for creative ideas from analogous industries.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of digital product design experience
• At least 1 year of lead experience
OR
• Master’s degree and at least 3 years of digital product design experience
• At least 1 year of lead experience
OR
• At least 8 years of digital product design experience
• At least 1 year of lead experience
Desired Skills:
• Experience working with agile product teams to deliver impactful digital experiences.
• In-depth understanding of modern design principles and user research methodologies.
• Ability to lead end-to-end design projects, from concept development to high-fidelity deliverables, including wireframes, complex user flows, and prototypes.
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems, pattern libraries, and reusable components.
• Expert level proficiency in modern design and research tools like Figma, Mural, Maze or similar.
