Hybrid role in Johnston RI. Our client is looking for a senior Infrastructure Project Manager to work within the application development area to help product teams with infrastructure dependencies.

Rate: $75 - $85 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of infrastructure projects, from planning to implementation and maintenance.
• Ensure that the projects are completed on time and within budget, while also meeting the specific technical requirements.
• Lead the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects, including setting project goals and objectives, developing project plans, and coordinating with team members and stakeholders
• Manage project budget and resources, ensuring that all project activities are carried out within the allocated budget and resources
• Monitor and report on project progress, including tracking project milestones and deliverables, and providing regular updates to stakeholders
• Coordinate with technical teams and other stakeholders to ensure that the infrastructure design and implementation meets the technical requirements for application development and deployment
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
• Ensure that all project activities comply with company policies and regulations, as well as with industry standards and best practices
• Manage project documentation, including maintaining detailed project plans, reports, and other project-related documents
• Manage project team members, providing guidance and support as needed, and fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements to improve future projects

Experience Requirements:

• Proven ability to work with a broad base of Microsoft-centric technologies to assist with infrastructure dependencies for software development and deployment
• Network infrastructure

• DevOps
• 10+ years a functional project manager
• Agile methodology
• Driving distance to Rhode Island – will be hybrid remote and onsite

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
