What You’ll Do:

• Project Coordination: Oversee project schedules, budgets, and logistics, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.
• Document Management: Prepare, review, and maintain critical project documents, drawings, and contracts using Adobe Acrobat and other tools.
• Creative Contributions: Use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) to create compelling project proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Communication Hub: Act as the go-to liaison between stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to streamline communication and resolve issues.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement solutions to enhance project delivery.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure all projects adhere to company and industry standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 3-5+ years in construction project coordination or a related role.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.) and familiarity with construction management software (Procore, PlanGrid, etc.).
