Job Description

Robert Half is partnering with a Fortune 100 e-commerce enterprise in search of a Creative Brand Program Manager to lead new high-profile, high-impact brand initiatives from concept to launch. The ideal candidate has proven expertise in building brands from scratch, rebranding, and developing comprehensive brand architecture.


Location: Seattle, WA

Duration: 11-month contract

Hours: 40 hours/week

Pay Rate: $65-70/hour


About the role:

As a Creative Brand PM, you will collaborate with internal creative teams to oversee the development of innovative branding projects that align with the company’s goals. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and has deep experience in brand strategy and creative execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Development: Lead branding initiatives, including creating new brands from scratch, rebranding efforts, and developing brand architecture and guidelines.
  • Project Oversight: Manage multiple branding projects, defining schedules, outlining milestones, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal creative teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to align branding strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate project challenges, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and balance business needs with creative constraints.
  • Process Improvement: Drive process efficiencies to streamline workflows and elevate the quality of creative outputs.
  • Creative Execution: Oversee conceptual design efforts to ensure they align with brand strategy and marketing objectives.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience building brands from scratch, managing rebranding efforts, and developing brand architecture.
  • Proven project management skills with a history of delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations, prioritize competing demands, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with brand design, marketing, and content production workflows.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with video or photo shoot production timelines.
