Job Description:
As the Marketing Director at SAYN, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.) and for several unique company sectors.
- Be the brand lead across all other marketing functions — both in brand strategy, promotion and creative
- Strategy implementation of a high-performing marketing strategy to improve business performance across on and offline channels
- Oversee marketing project management - keeping milestones and tasks on tight timelines and producing viable workback schedules for creative requests
- Identifying new business opportunities and providing actionable plans to the marketing department and sales teams, ensuring the continuous improvement of the company’s marketing efforts
- Work with brands to build out asset libraries to be shared across direct to consumer and b2b channels
- Manage trade channel marketing including tradeshows and upkeep LinkedIn
- Develop and update sales and marketing collateral on an ongoing basis including new business pitch decks and education materials
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals
- Collaborate with external and internal team members on events to ensure successful brand launches and partnerships
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to refine and improve marketing strategies
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to senior leadership
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, marketing tools, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing
- Experience with analytics tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Creative mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
