DESCRIPTION
As the Experiential Marketing Coordinator, you will be an essential member of the Marketing team. Reporting to the Experiential Marketing Manager, you will assist in event planning, logistics, implementation, and reporting while ensuring critical milestones are delivered. This position will also provide you with the opportunity to work cross-functionally alongside a wide variety of departments within CELSIUS and its accelerated growing portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and assist the events team in organizing and executing various events and campaigns.
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
- Assist in the planning, preparation, coordination, production, supervision, budget and follow-up of events and partnerships.
- Coordinate with agency partners, vendors, and partners to ensure high-quality event production and delivery.
- Support and assist the events team with lead generation efforts.
- Prepare event recaps and organize proof of performance documentation to evaluate event impact and prioritization of future events.
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials.
- Place and track asset and product orders.
- Assist with event uniform planning and execution.
- Assist with event logistics.
- Assist in developing strategic partnerships that enhance all marketing programming and events.
- Lead and support on-site activation when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to work in the Boca Raton HQ office 5 days a week.
- College degree preferred.
- Effective writing/editing skills.
- Travel required. Some nights and weekend hours required as needed.
- 1-3 years marketing or event experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Well organized, detail oriented, with a strong ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
- Effective verbal/written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Effective customer service skills.
- Flexible and able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative given autonomy.
- Creative, positive individual who enjoys planning and executing events.
- Knowledge of the Food & Beverage / CPG industry, a plus.
