DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Brand Manager, Health & Product Education you will lead efforts in communicating the brand’s product portfolio with a focus on health, wellness, and scientific innovation. This role will play a critical part in shaping how CELSIUS’ products are understood by consumers, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring the brand’s health benefits and unique features are accurately represented across all marketing channels, and will report to the SVP of Marketing Operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in health communication and product marketing while building relationships with industry professionals to reinforce the brand’s credibility.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Health & Product Communication:

  • Oversee the communication of CELSIUS’s product portfolio, ensuring all marketing materials accurately highlight the health benefits and innovative features of the products on how the marketing communication pillars activate against it.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product development teams to design and deliver health-focused content that resonates with a wellness-oriented audience.
  • Maintain consistency in health messaging across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and events.

Collaboration with Experts:

  • Build and manage strong relationships with a panel of nutritionists, health experts, and industry professionals to validate product claims and enhance the brand’s credibility.
  • Facilitate discussions with experts to stay updated on emerging trends in nutrition, wellness, and consumer health, integrating this knowledge into CELSIUS’s strategy.
  • Work closely with the brand and pr communications team to fully leverage throughout the industry

Consumer and Stakeholder Education:

  • Develop and lead educational initiatives (e.g., webinars, workshops, campaigns) that inform consumers, retailers, and stakeholders about the science, benefits, and innovation behind CELSIUS products.
  • Create engaging content, such as product demos, explainer videos, and educational brochures, that reinforces CELSIUS’s position as a leader in functional beverages.
  • Collaborate with Growth & Strategy Planning Team to develop education materials to inform retailers and bottlers of our key messaging and reinforced strategy.

Strategy and Marketing Integration:

  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align health and product education efforts with brand campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor consumer insights and feedback to refine messaging and improve product communication strategies.
  • Partner with sales teams to provide health-related training and resources to enhance customer engagement and understanding.

Compliance and Accuracy:

  • Ensure all health claims and educational materials comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Work closely with legal and regulatory teams to ensure marketing communications align with local and international guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5–7 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or health communication within the CPG, functional beverage, or wellness industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Nutrition, Health Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in nutrition or wellness are a plus.
  • Expertise in developing health and wellness-focused marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of scientific communication, nutrition trends, and consumer health priorities.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal teams and external health professionals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with an emphasis on translating technical information into consumer-friendly messaging.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and CELSIUS’s mission to redefine functional beverages.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership over projects.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to lead cross-functional efforts.
  • Innovative thinker with a drive to educate and inspire through impactful marketing.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
