Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Location: New York, NY 10016

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Duration: 3 Months with strong possibility of extension

Pay Range: $60.05 to $68.05/Hour.

Job Description:

Provided comprehensive psychosocial assessments and counseling to patients in the Rehabilitation Medicine unit, addressing emotional and psychological needs.

Facilitated individual and group therapy sessions to support patients' recovery and adaptation to physical rehabilitation.

Collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.

Connected patients and families with community resources, including housing, vocational training, and mental health services.

Conducted crisis intervention and developed strategies to support patients experiencing acute emotional distress.

Maintained detailed documentation of patient progress, adhering to confidentiality and compliance standards.

Required Experience:

1-year LCSW experience.

Education:

Master’s in social work.

License:

Licensed Clinical of Social Work (LCSW) license issued by NYSED.
