Job Description

Join Our Compassionate, Clinician-Focused Practice!

Launch Psychological Associates is a women-owned, supportive, and growth-oriented practice dedicated to helping our clinicians focus on meaningful, impactful work with clients. We handle the heavy administrative burdens so our clinicians can concentrate on what they do best: providing exceptional clinical care.

At Launch, we are committed to evidence-based treatment approaches for children, adolescents, and adults. We’re excited to expand our team by adding a clinician who specializes in working with children and teens aged 3-18. Our therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Our team specializes in treating anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, pain management, problematic eating patterns, and sports psychology.

We are looking for licensed Master’s and Doctoral-level clinicians who share our values and are passionate about making a difference in their community. This position offers the opportunity for professional growth and clinical development in a warm and collegial setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy to children and teens aged 3-18.
  • Conduct a minimum of 10 hours per week of direct client care.
  • Participate in weekly group consultations and individual supervision sessions.
  • Use our Electronic Health Record system to manage scheduling and documentation effectively.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Master’s or Doctoral-level clinician (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, PsyD, PhD).
  • Experience in providing outpatient therapy to children.
  • Family therapy experience is a plus.
  • Ability to provide in-person care in our Wakefield office.

What We Offer

  • Flexible full-time and part-time opportunities.
  • Regular supervision and consultation with senior-level psychologists.
  • Comprehensive administrative support, including an online client portal.
  • Competitive compensation.
  • A steady stream of client referrals.
  • Modern, fully furnished office space in Wakefield, with telehealth options available.
  • Weekly group consultations and monthly “Launch Lunches.”
  • Opportunities to develop your own groups or workshops.
  • Growth opportunities in professional writing and presentations.
