Employee Relations Specialist Responsibilities
- Investigate employee complaints and provide guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution.
- Partner with managers to implement performance management processes, including coaching, goal setting, and training.
- Collaborate with leadership to execute employee engagement initiatives and gather feedback.
- Manage and track the effectiveness of employee recognition programs.
- Provide support in executing HR programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Employee Relations Specialist Qualifications
- Prior manufacturing industry experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar HR role, specializing in performance management, employee relations, and engagement.
- Proven ability to handle complex employee relations issues while adhering to HR best practices.
- Collaborative with strong communication, conflict resolution, organizational, and project management skills.
