Job Title: Bilingual Corporate Recruiter

Location: Gastonia, NC (100% Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Corporate Recruiter to join our Client's growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, focusing on sourcing and screening qualified candidates for various positions within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to source and screen a high volume of candidates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
