We are searching for a Director of Human Resources for an industry-leading cybersecurity company and one of the top three global DDI vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and recommend improvements to HR policies and programs that align with company goals and cultivate a positive work environment.
- Oversee the entire employee journey, including onboarding, performance management (setting review cycles), and offboarding processes.
- Offer expert advice and support to managers and employees on HR matters like employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement strategies.
- Conduct regular HR program evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including labor standards, workplace safety, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- Manage and assess employee benefit programs.
- Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skillsets and knowledge, fostering continued professional development.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing valuable insights and recommendations on HR trends, resources, and best practices.
- Lead HR systems implementation and integration efforts when necessary.
- Proactively update HR strategies and policies based on industry trends and evolving employment laws.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment within the HR team.
- Partner with the leadership team to develop strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
- Provide strategic guidance to leadership and implement talent acquisition plans, optimizing candidate flow for targeted positions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are a plus
- Minimum of 6+ of HR experience with Software/Technology companies
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Proven track record of developing, implementing, and evaluating HR strategies that support business objectives
- Experience in all aspects of the employee life cycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding innovative solutions
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
