We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial operations of a multi-generational family office. This dynamic, in-person role is based in Fort Myers, FL, and encompasses leadership in tax strategy, investment management across diverse asset classes, and the administration of philanthropic endeavors. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in finance, with expertise in real estate, investments, and tax planning, coupled with the ability to build trusted relationships with family members and stakeholders.



*Key Responsibilities:*

• Provide financial leadership across a diverse portfolio that includes real estate, private and public equity investments, and family enterprises.

• Refine and optimize financial processes, including wealth management, tax planning, risk mitigation, and compliance.

• Partner with family members to provide tailored financial insights and support long-term decision-making.

• Oversee the administration and strategic management of trusts and philanthropic foundations, working closely with trustees and external advisors.

• Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering professional development and collaboration.



*Required Skills:*

• Extensive experience in finance, with a focus on real estate and investment strategies.

• Proficiency in tax planning and regulatory compliance.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with a family-oriented team.

*Qualifications:*

• CPA designation is required.
