We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team and contribute to the design of high-performance, mission-critical facilities.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Architect with 5+ years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in architectural design software (such as Autodesk Revit, BIM Collaborative Pro, etc.) and will have a strong understanding of building design and technical systems. While experience in data center design is preferred, it is not required. The Architect will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions for complex data center projects. Occasional travel is required. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the design of architectural solutions for data center and mission-critical facilities.
• Develop and refine conceptual and schematic designs, ensuring compliance with all technical and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to integrate architectural designs with mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
• Produce architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using Autodesk Revit,, and other design tools.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project coordination.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, timelines, and budgets.
• Review and monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, particularly in data center design.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects, with an emphasis on the ability to detail and understand how building elements are assembled in construction
• Strong understanding of building design principles, construction methods, and material selection.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Office 365

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of data center industry standards, including electrical and mechanical systems, cooling, and power distribution.
• LEED Accredited Professional or experience with sustainable design practices.
• Licensed Architect or on the path for licensure.
• NCARB Certification, with the ability to gain additional state licensure thru reciprocity.
