Position Title : Tennessee Licensed Architect

Job Location : Kingsport, TN

Position Description : We are seeking a Tennessee licensed architect with expertise in industrial and commercial building design. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in industry-standard software.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead architectural design projects for industrial and commercial buildings.
• Ensure compliance with DoD and UFC/IBC codes, as well as local codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams to manage design and construction processes.

Skills Required :

• Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit modeling.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with architectural design.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
• Knowledgeable in DoD and UFC/IBC codes, as well as local codes and regulations.

Experience Required :

• A minimum of 10 years of post-graduate experience in industrial and commercial building designs and project management.

Education Required :

• B.A./B.S. in Architecture from an accredited school.
