Real Estate & Corporate Transactions Paralegal – Wilmington, DE


A top-tier law firm in Wilmington, Delaware, is seeking an experienced Real Estate & Corporate Transactions Paralegal to join their dynamic legal team. Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of high-volume real estate and corporate transactions, including preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documentation.
  • Draft and revise loan agreements, settlement disbursement sheets, and closing binders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and firm standards.
  • Oversee due diligence and title reviews, maintaining meticulous records and coordinating with attorneys, clients, and third parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Handle post-closing matters, including recording documents and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain electronic case files and facilitate seamless communication to support attorneys in all stages of transactions.


Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate and/or corporate transactional law within a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Proficiency in reviewing and preparing legal documents, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with commercial real estate loans, title diligence, and compliance processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with attorneys, clients, and third parties.
  • Proficiency in legal technology, including document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Paralegal certification preferred; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
