This position is essential for providing comprehensive legal and administrative support to attorneys specializing in civil litigation. You'll work in a collaborative environment with a dedicated team, assisting in the effective management of the attorneys' practice and interacting professionally with high-level clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Litigation Support: Draft, create, and edit pleadings; manage court filings; maintain litigation client electronic files.
  • Administrative Duties: Calendaring, prioritization, phone coverage, records management, time entry, and coordinating meetings and travel.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for General Counsel, HR professionals, CEOs, and their assistants.
  • Team Collaboration: Provide flexible support across a fast-paced legal environment, requiring teamwork with attorneys, colleagues, and staff.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and a client-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
