Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Process orders, manage returns, and update customer records in the system.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
• Handle basic administrative tasks, such as filing and updating customer information.
