A growing, client-focused engineering and construction management firm is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee projects and daily operations. This role involves managing preconstruction services, coordinating trades, ensuring safety and quality, and collaborating with design teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

They have an incredible pipeline of projects including a $35M Healthcare project and a 200,000 Sq ft. Lab Expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project budgets, estimates, and schedules.
• Oversee construction execution, ensuring quality and compliance with project goals.
• Monitor costs, resolve variances, and address site challenges.
• Build strong relationships with clients and project partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (or 4+ years of relevant experience).
• Expertise in project management methods, technical systems, and construction regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
