In this role, you will develop and implement an impactful recruiting campaign to attract new profit center leaders. As a key member of the HR team, you will drive talent acquisition strategies, manage compensation and benefits plans, guide professional development initiatives, and ensure that Eastern’s company culture continues to thrive through their rapid growth. This is an in-person, full-time position offering a generous salary with additional bonus opportunities and is located in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.

Must Haves
- 5-10+ years of HR management experience, with a focus on compensation design and recruiting
- Experience creating and executing recruiting campaigns, working closely with marketing to build strategies and vet candidates
- Full-scope benefits management, including relationship management with brokers/consultants and employee communication
- M&A and company culture integration experience
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, including HR laws and DOT/OSHA regulations
- Strategic thinking and planning, with a results-driven approach to scaling up HR practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fostering ownership and alignment across teams
- Bachelor's degree
