Branch Manager Job Description:
PrideStaff is recruiting for an industry leader in search of a Branch Manager to join their team. The Branch Manager will manage and oversee assigned branch associates, supervise branch operations, and ensure efficient operation on a day-to-day basis. The Branch Manager will improve productivity and streamline branch activities to maximize results and achieve goals. The ideal Branch Manager has multiple years of experience as a Branch Manager, is driven to meet and exceed sales goals and delivers exceptional customer service. The Branch Manager is a full time, direct hire position in Pittsfield, MA.
Branch Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee & Manage Effectively Counter Sales, Shipping & Receiving to Maximize Sales Goals
- Responsible For Associate Evaluations & Disciplinary Actions
- Conduct Regular Sales & Operations Meetings
- Interact With Customers on a Regular Basis to Ensure Satisfaction & Gain Useful Feedback
- Coordinate WIth Other Branches to Share Knowledge, Plan Promotional Activities, or Achieve Goals
- Achieve Financial Objectives by Preparing an Annual Budget; Schedule Expenditures; Analyze Variances; Initiate Corrective Actions
- Recruit, Vet, Interview, & Hire New Employees
- Maintain Operations by Initiating, Coordinating, & Enforcing Program, Operational, & Personnel Policies & Procedures
- Organize Marketing Activities & Events For the Branch
Branch Manager Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- 5+ Years of Proven Branch Manager Experience in Plumbing/ Heating/ HVAC Industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Preferred With an Emphasis in Finance, or Related Field
- Sufficient Knowledge of Modern Management Techniques & Best Practices
- Ability to Meet Sales Targets & Production Goals
- Ability to Analyze Financial Records & Transfer Data
- Familiarity WIth Industry Rules & Regulations
- Results Driven & Customer Focused
- Leadership & Human Resources Management Skills
- Ability to Manage Employees, While Multitasking Large Projects
