****Remote position- You must live within 2 hours of 3200 Breckenridge Blvd, Duluth GA 30096

Compensation
During Training: $17.00/hr.
After Training: $18.00/hr.
Training/Working Schedule:
- Training Hours 12 weeks: Fluctuate from Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm EST and 11:30am-8pm EST
- Your schedule fluctuates during the training period and once you are completed with training you are given a set schedule that can change at times due to call volumes, but you are given a notice!
- AFTER TRAINING: Must be able to work weekends- Schedule could be anywhere from 8am EST Start Time to 8:30pm EST (Mon-Sun)always have 2 days off
What you will be doing:
- Respond to a high volume of incoming calls
- Assist Members w/ benefit questions, ordering ID cards, eligibility questions, billing inquiries, processing payments, etc.
- Heavy data entry, updating patient profiles/demographics
- Track interactions and ensure proper compliance using dual screens and the latest technology
Requirements:
- 6 months+ Call Center Experience (2+yrs Customer Service Experience)
- Pass Required Assessment
- Able to work flexible/required hours of operation/work schedule
- Healthcare knowledge is a PLUS but not required
