Our client is a fast growing construction company that develops cutting-edge, high-demand commercial infrastructure that meets the evolving needs of businesses and government contractors in the DMV area. They are looking to bring on a Controller to operate the day-to-day accounting, invoicing and billing. In addition, this hire will strongly contribute to high level financial decisions to ensure the company's continued growth.

Requirements :

• Experience in a financial leadership position at a General Contracting construction company
• Ability to stay on top of industry trends and contribute to high-level financial decisions related to company expansion
• Be highly detail-oriented with numbers to ensure accurate reporting and auditing
• Proficiency in Procore and/or Sage
• Familiarity with QuickBooks

Nice to Have:

• M&A experience
• Familiarity with Softlink
• Experience working with clients in the senior living, government contracting or data center industries
