Looking for a Sr. Manager that would lead packaging and manufacturing operations on 3rd shift. The schedule for this role would be a M-F 10:30 pm - 7:00 am. You do not need to have prior experience on the exact packaging and manufacturing but looking for an individual who has worked in a GMP environment and has worked in a management and or supervisor role.

This position has a base salary + 12% annual bonus

• Coordinate with the Planning department to align equipment schedules and staffing levels with production plans.
• Assign and prioritize work to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Lead hourly teams to address productivity and quality issues, driving continuous improvement to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Monitor compliance with inventory management, materials ordering, production reporting, and work order procedures.
• Ensure accurate labor reporting in PRMS and collaborate with Engineering to plan and execute capital projects, address deviations, and improve operational standards.
• Maintain clear communication across shifts and with management regarding issues, recommendations, and staffing needs.
• Coordinate with temporary staffing agencies to meet production requirements.
• Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and manage hiring, training, payroll, and administrative processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, corporate training goals, and manufacturing best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve tooling, machines, and methods, guiding technicians on process adjustments.
• Enforce injection molding procedures and promote scientific molding techniques to enhance product consistency.
• Collaborate with the Quality department to promptly resolve any pending quality issues.

Qualifications:

• Degree: HS Diploma or GED
• Years of Exp: 5-7+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience
• Experience in a cGMP environment
• Bachelors degree nice to have but not required
• Okay with working overnight 3rd shift position
