Key Responsibilities
- Represent the community being served, using personal lived experience to build meaningful connections.
- Engage with 25% of enrolled program participants and incorporate their feedback into planning and decision-making.
- Lead community outreach efforts, including meetings and engagement events, accounting for 70% of work hours.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, develop actionable plans, and address social determinants of health.
- Provide outreach and educational support to promote healthy pregnancy outcomes and positive parenting practices.
Work Environment and Schedule
- 30% onsite, 70% in the community.
- Core hours are generally 9 AM–5 PM, but flexibility is required.
- Occasional evening shifts (up to 7 PM) and weekend events, approximately three times per quarter.
- Flexible start and end times to accommodate evening work and maintain work-life balance.
