Key Responsibilities:

? Program CNC mills and lathes using Mastercam software.

? Set up, adjust, and operate CNC equipment, including mills and lathes, based on setup documentation and work instructions.

? Verify setups using precision tools and ensure accurate tool length offsets and fixturing.

? Diagnose machine malfunctions and collaborate with supervisors for resolution.

? Perform and document production, quality, and performance tests.

? Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and procedures.

? Perform preventative maintenance and daily machine shop tasks.

? Collaborate with engineering, management, and manufacturing teams for technical insights and process improvements.

? Continuously update knowledge through training and technical resources.

Minimum Qualifications:

? High School diploma or GED.

? 5+ years of CNC programming experience using Mastercam software.

? 5-10 years of precision machining experience in a manufacturing or job shop environment.

? Proficiency in operating and setting up 3 and 4-axis mills and lathes.

? Solid understanding of G and M codes, GD&T, and blueprint reading.
