Job Title: LPN/LVN

Job Location: Kansas City, MO 64132

Job Type: Contract - 13 weeks

Job Duties:
* Collects ongoing data about residents' physical and psychosocial conditions and communicates findings to the RN and interdisciplinary team.
* Contributes to developing culturally relevant care plans that reflect nursing diagnoses and desired outcomes, involving residents and families.
* Recommends updates to care plans based on resident evaluations and coordinates referrals as needed, ensuring comprehensive care.
* Maintains nursing knowledge and competency, participates in mentoring staff, and considers safety, cost, and impact in care delivery.
* Understands the risks of exposure to bloodborne pathogens, with tasks involving potential contact with blood and body fluids.

Job Requirements:
* 1 year of recent Med Surg or Tele experience.
* Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Epic or similar.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
* Current LPN Certificate.
* Candidate must be 50 miles away from the facility.
* Travel required - Treveller

Schedule:
* 3x12
* Nights shift
* 36 hours per week
