* Checking the patient’s vital signs
* Dressing wounds
* Administering injections and medication
* Educating patients and their families about their medical conditions
* Providing one-on-one skilled nursing care and treatment to patients in their home
* Using a comprehensive and patient-specific care plan with innovative solutions
* Observing patients’ health

Job Requirements:
* State License Required - Oklahoma
* 1+ Years of LVN/LPN experience - Required
* BLS
* NIHSS Certification

Schedule:
* 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
