Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care

Job Location: Waterloo, NY 13165

Job Type: Contract - 13 weeks with possible extension

Job Duties:
* Taking vital signs and recording patient information
* Providing basic care and comfort to patients
* Administering medications and performing treatments as prescribed by a physician
* Assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
* Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to physicians or care nurses
* Developing and implementing care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
* Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families

Job Requirements:
* 1+ Years of Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care Experience - Required
* BLS Must be AHA - Required
* LPN License

Schedule:
* Day/Evening Shift
* 3\*12
* 36 hours guaranteed in a week
