*The Role*

As a Tax Manager, you will take on leadership responsibilities within our tax department, overseeing tax preparation and compliance, client management, and strategic tax planning. You’ll work with a wide range of clients across industries like nonprofits, medical practices, law firms, construction, entertainment, and manufacturing.

*Requirements:*
* 5+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax.
* Proven experience managing tax preparation for individuals and businesses (S Corp and Partnership).
* Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
* Ability to mentor and guide junior staff while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.

*Compensation*
