    Job Details
  • Department: LAB - Pathologist Assistant
  • Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: PA Grossing of complex specimens. The focus of this individual will primarily be on the higher complexity specimens: colon cancers, breast cancers, whipples, etc. It will likely not be the lower complexity specimens like gallbladder, appendix, uterus, etc.

  • Yes they will need to be an ASCP registered PA.
    Schedule Information
  • (1) 8:30am-5:00pm & (1) 10am-6:30pm
  • Weekend Requirements: No
  • Holiday Requirements: No
  • Call or Standby Call Requirement: No
    Unit Specific Information
  • LIS System: CoPath
  • EMR/Specific Equipment used in each area: Cerner
  • Department Specific Orientation: Training provided on-site; 10a-630p
    Additional Details
  • ASCP, BLS is not required; Medical Solutions auto deducts the 1.75 WA state tax - you are able to re-add that back in.
