  • Physical Capacity statement required within one year prior to assignment.

  • Passing score of 80% or higher on Norton Specialty Exam, updated every 3 years required.
  • Norton Skills Checklist completed prior to start, updated annually required.
  • Standard 10 panel drug screen completed within 12 months before start and updated annually required.
  • Norton References and Employment Verification completed prior to start required.
  • Norton Background Check completed prior to start and updated every 3 years required.
  • Norton Candidate Affirmation completed within 24 hours of offer acceptance required.
  • E-Verify and supporting documentation completed prior to start required.
  • I-9 with supporting documentation completed prior to start required.
